Win a Complimentary WellAhead Health Test Worth £250

1. Promoter 

This competition is organised and promoted by WellAhead Health ("WellAhead", "we", "our" or "us").

 
2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Employees of WellAhead Health, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the administration or judging of this competition are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted.

 3. How to Enter

 To enter, complete and submit the official competition entry form on the WellAhead Health website before the closing date.

As part of your entry, you must answer the following question in 100 words or fewer:

“How could better health insights benefit your workplace?”

Entries exceeding 100 words may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.

Entries must be received by 11:59pm on 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

 4. The Prize

There is one prize available.

One winner will receive a complimentary WellAhead Health blood test with a retail value of £250.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

WellAhead Health reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

The prize must be redeemed within three (3) months of the winner being notified.

 
5. Judging and Winner Selection

Eligible entries will be assessed on:

● relevance to the question;

● clarity of the response; and

● the potential workplace benefit described.

The entry judged to provide the strongest response against these criteria will be selected as the winner.

Entries will be judged by a judging panel which will include at least one member who is independent of WellAhead Health, the administration of the competition and the entrants.

The full name of the independent judge or independent member of the judging panel will be made available on request.

If two or more entries are considered equally strong against the judging criteria, the judging panel will select the entry it considers to demonstrate the clearest and most relevant potential benefit to the workplace.

The winner will be notified using the email address provided during entry within 14 days of the competition closing.

Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, WellAhead Health reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same judging process and criteria.

6. Winner Participation and Publicity

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable activity relating to their experience of the WellAhead Health service.

This will include an introductory interview before the test. This will provide an opportunity to explain the WellAhead Health process, discuss what the winner can expect and arrange suitable dates and times for the test.

Following completion of the test and receipt of their results, the winner will also be invited to participate in a follow-up interview about their experience of the WellAhead Health service, including the booking process, testing experience, customer service and overall impressions.

As part of the follow-up, WellAhead Health may also show the winner an example anonymised organisational health report to demonstrate the type of workforce-level insights that could be available to an organisation and how these could be used to support workplace health and wellbeing decisions.

The example organisational report will be for illustrative purposes and will not contain or disclose the winner's personal health information or individual test results.

The winner will not be required to disclose, discuss or comment publicly on any personal medical information or individual test results at any stage.

With the winner's appropriate consent, WellAhead Health may publish content from the interviews and their experience of the service in written, audio and/or video format on:

● the WellAhead Health website;

● WellAhead Health social media channels; and

● other WellAhead Health marketing materials.

WellAhead Health is committed to representing the winner's experience and feedback fairly and accurately. Responses will not be edited in a way that changes their intended meaning.

7. Winner Information

WellAhead Health may publish or make available information indicating that a valid award has taken place, which may include the winner's surname and county and, where applicable, their winning entry.

Entrants may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting WellAhead Health.

Where required, WellAhead Health may still be required to provide relevant winner information and the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority.

8. Privacy

Any personal information submitted as part of this competition will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the WellAhead Health Privacy Policy.

Personal information submitted as part of the competition will:

● be used for administering the competition, assessing entries, contacting the winner and delivering the prize;

● not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes;

● only be shared with service providers or other parties where necessary to administer the competition, judge entries or deliver the prize; and

● be processed in accordance with the WellAhead Health Privacy Policy.

Entering the competition does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications unless they have separately and explicitly chosen to opt in.

9. General

WellAhead Health reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, exceed the 100-word limit, are submitted using automated methods, attempt to manipulate the competition or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

WellAhead Health reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The judging decision is final and no correspondence regarding the outcome of the competition will be entered into.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By entering this competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
