Dr. Emily Wilkinson is a highly qualified Nutrition and Health Coach and co-owner of AW Muscle and Fitness in Bollington, Cheshire. She adopts a goal-oriented, health-focused approach, helping clients improve their relationship with food, understand nutrition, and make sustainable lifestyle changes. Dr. Wilkinson works with a wide range of clients, including athletes, mothers, menopausal women, and individuals with health challenges such as IBD, Crohn’s disease, and disordered eating. Additionally, she conducts group seminars, supports workplace well-being initiatives, and leads nutrition education for Full Boar Sports.

Dr. Wilkinson holds a BSc in Human Biology from the University of Hull, an MMedSci in Human Nutrition from the University of Sheffield, and a PhD in Appetite Psychology from the University of Leeds. Her research focused on improving nutrition compliance in older adults and studying eating behavior.

Previously, she was a Nutrition Specialist at Nestlé, where she led product reformulation projects to reduce sugar and saturated fats, developed healthier snack platforms, and oversaw employee wellness programs. She collaborated internationally on product innovation and ensured compliance with nutrition and health regulations. Dr. Wilkinson’s expertise blends academic excellence with practical experience, making her a leader in nutrition and health coaching.

David Crosland is a leading expert in Image and Performance Enhancing Drugs (IPEDs) with over 25 years of experience in bodybuilding and steroid use. A former competitive bodybuilder and national-level competitor, he now advises athletes on contest preparation and PIED use. As a professional bodybuilding judge, David is affiliated with esteemed organizations such as the WBF, IBFA, UKBFF, and PCA.

David’s expertise extends beyond bodybuilding. He collaborates with harm reduction initiatives, including needle exchange programs, and contributes to research projects with institutions like Liverpool’s John Moore’s University. He has been a keynote speaker at national conferences, such as HIT’s drug conference, and frequently trains law enforcement, including police expert witnesses, on steroid use and its legal implications. David also works with the MOD, Scottish Prison Service, and ACMD, delivering presentations and advising on IPED-related issues. His consultancy includes collaborations with media outlets like the BBC and ITV on steroid documentaries.

In addition to managing Crosland’s Harm Reduction Services, David runs a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) clinic and is developing a safety app for steroid users. He chairs the Public Expert Advisory Board for ASUK and is recognized as an expert witness in UK courts. Currently, he is writing a book on steroid use.

I started my career at University of Hertfordshire in 2004 where I studied a foundation degree in Paramedic science whilst working in the London Ambulance Service and an Emergency Medical Technician in East London. In 2008 I quailified as a registered paramedic and returned to University to top up my degree to a BSc Hons in Paramedic Science and Advance Practice. I worked for the London Ambulance service for 13 years and in that time I worked on their Counter Terrorism Response Team. In 2015 I was successfully promoted to a Clinical Team Leader in charge of managing a team if 16 paramedic.

I have experience in a responding to emergencies ranging from falls, respiratory/ cardiovascular events, trauma, mass casualty incidents as well as having been responsible for training staff and other emergency service agency staff. I have experience in the control roll conducting telephone assessment and in 2019 I re located to the south west as a paramedic and spent some time working in the control room there as well.

I have been working for Eval since 2022, initially along side my paramedic role in the ambulance service. In 2023 I worked briefly as a disability assessor for Personal Independent Payment benefit before leaving there to be more involved with Eval.

I now have a variety of roles within eval as a phlebotomist, paramedic for event cover as well as analysing blood reports.
