General Service
What types of blood tests do you offer?
We provide a wide range of tests, from general health screenings (cholesterol, blood sugar, liver and kidney function) to more specialised panels (hormones, vitamins, inflammation markers). Packages can be tailored to organisational needs.
How frequently can employees get tested?
Most corporate partners choose annual or bi-annual screenings, but we also support quarterly or ad hoc testing if required.
Do you offer customisable test panels?
Yes, we can create bespoke panels aligned with your wellness objectives. For example, you might include stress, heart health and nutrition markers in one package.
How do I pick the best test for me?
You can take the 2 minute Wellness Wizard Test to find out which test is the best for you.
Logistics & Accessibility
Do you provide on-site testing at our offices or do employees need to visit a clinic?
Currently we only do on site testing, however we do have a network of sites available if an individual wants to follow up with further testing.
How do employees book appointments?
Employees can book via a link available from their employer.
What is the average turnaround time for results?
Standard panels are processed within 5 days. More complex panels may take 5–7 working days.
Data Privacy & Security
How do you ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Results are shared only with the employee via a secure portal. Employers receive anonymised, aggregated reports unless explicit employee consent is given for individual data sharing. We are GDPR compliant and members of ICO.
Where are test results stored, and for how long?
Results are stored securely on servers within the UK. Retention is typically 7 years in compliance with medical regulations.
Will the company (employer) have access to individual employee results?
No, individual results remain private to the employee. Employers only receive de-identified, aggregated insights. Your employer will not be given information about your results without your written consent.
Quality & Accreditation
Are your labs accredited or certified?
Yes, our partner laboratories are ISO 15189, UKAS and CQC accredited and follow strict quality control procedures.
Who conducts the phlebotomy and testing?
All blood draws are performed by licensed phlebotomists. Testing is carried out by qualified biomedical scientists in a UKAS accredited lab specifically RANDOX laboratories.

How are results communicated to employees?
Employees receive results via email. These include lab results and an in-depth explanation along with a more simplified explanation offering guidance on improving results, next actions and our easy to follow tip sheets.
Do employees get guidance on interpreting their results?
Yes, every report includes clear explanations and we offer optional follow-up consultations with doctors or nutritionists, plus simple guidance notes in the form of our tip sheets.
Do you provide educational resources or health coaching after results are shared?
We can provide digital resources, tip sheets, webinars and one-on-one consultations as part of your wellness programme add-ons, including health and diet coaching if required.

What additional costs should we expect e.g. travel fees, set-up costs?
